Dispatch Times

Monday to Friday

We endeavor to dispatch items within 24 hours of the order. Smaller orders may be dispatched same day if ordered before 11am.  Bespoke orders or orders that require wiring can take between 2- 3 days to assemble.  Please get in touch should you need anything urgently.

Weekends

Orders placed on Friday after 4pm up or orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Urgent Next Day Delivery

If your order is urgent then please use our express delivery service and we will aim to get your ordered delivered within 24 hours. Should you place your order later on in the day and require it the following day then please email us with your delivery request and we will do our best to get that dispatched in time.

Delivery to the UK

Delivery to the majority of the UK is £1.99 with no minimum spend limit. Delivery to areas which are isolated or hard to reach may incur and extra delivery cost however this will be displayed prior to checking out your order.

Delivery to Europe

Delivery to Europe is chargeable at a standard rate depending on which country you are ordering from. The delivery costs will be advertised at the checkout prior to you paying for your goods. UPS and TNT are used widely for deliveries to Europe although on occasion we may use alternative courier companies.

Rest of the World

We can deliver to anywhere in the world and delivery costs will vary. We use a number of couriers to deliver worldwide including UPS and TNT. A standard courier rate will apply however if you need your order urgently then please get in touch and we can look at the best options for you.

Amazon Fulfillment

Eddie & Sons frequently use Amazon to dispatch products so if your receive an Amazon branded package it may well be your order.

We do our best to delivery your order in a timely manner however please remember that once the parcel is with the courier it is up to them to get the parcel to you in the time predicted. The majority of parcels will be delivered in time however certain events may delay delivery such as industrial action.
